Do you offer online consultations?
Yes - all consultations are conducted online via video call, so you can access support from anywhere in Australia.
I'm not sure which testing package is right for me. What should I do?
The best starting point is always an initial consultation, where we can discuss your health history in detail and recommend the most appropriate testing for your situation. We are unable to provide personalised testing recommendations outside of a consult.
What happens after I buy a testing package?
After purchase, you'll receive your pathology or test kit information within 7 days. Once results are received, we'll contact you to schedule your review consultation.
Do you accept health fund rebates?
Naturopathic consultations may be claimable through some health funds under extras cover. We recommend checking directly with your provider for your specific policy entitlements.
Is Heal Her Gut the same as The Wellness Emporium?
