5. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of products and health regulations surrounding supplements and testing, we do not offer refunds for:
- Digital downloads
- Online programs
- Functional pathology tests
- Naturopathic consultations
Your rights under Australian Consumer Law remain unaffected.

All content including program materials, protocols, frameworks, PDFs, branding, logos and educational content are the intellectual property of The Wellness Emporium Pty Ltd.
